Debbie Keith

Lead Vocalist

Music and performing have always been at the heart of Debbie’s life. She began dancing at age 5 and went on to perform, teach, and choreograph throughout Long Island regional theater, with featured roles in West Side Story, A Chorus Line, and Grease.

A graduate of LIU Post with a BA in Performing Arts, Debbie’s passion for singing was inspired by artists like Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, P!nk, and Lady Gaga. After stepping away from the stage for several years, she returned to her true passion in 2023 by co-founding The Right Mixx with Tim Southworth.

Today, Debbie brings passion, authenticity, and infectious energy to every performance, sharing her love of music with audiences alongside her talented bandmates.

Steven Pagan

Lead Vocalist

With a passion for live music and entertaining audiences, Steve brings the energy that keeps the party going all night long. Performing the biggest hits from the '70s through the 2000s, he delivers powerful vocals, an engaging stage presence, and the versatility to make every song come alive.

Whether it's classic rock, pop, dance, new wave, or party favorites, his mission is simple: keep the crowd singing, dancing, and having an unforgettable time.

Todd Lebson – Lead Guitar | "The Doc of Rock"

Lead Guitarist and Backing Vocalist

Known as "The Doc of Rock," Todd Lebson fell in love with guitar during the hard rock boom of the 1980s, inspired by bands like Van Halen, Aerosmith, Rush, and Metallica. After years of performing with local bands, he returned to the Long Island music scene as lead guitarist for 2ferTuesday, followed by a three-year run with Fire and Ice, a premier Pat Benatar tribute band, performing throughout the Northeast, including Jones Beach.

Today, Todd brings his powerful guitar work, experience, and high-energy stage presence to The Right Mixx, helping deliver unforgettable performances of the greatest hits from the '70s through the 2000s.

Tim Southworth

Bass

Tim Southworth is the co-founder and bassist of The Right Mixx, bringing decades of live performance experience and a rock-solid groove to every show. A veteran of Long Island's music scene and former founder of the popular arena rock band KNOCKOFF (2015–2020), Tim has shared the stage with many notable local musicians throughout his career.

Playing bass since the age of 14, Tim has developed a versatile style that blends classic rock, funk, pop, Motown, and metal with precision, power, and feel. His signature tone comes from Spector, Peavey, and Music Man basses paired with Gallien-Krueger amplification and a carefully crafted effects setup, delivering the powerful low end that drives The Right Mixx night after night.

Michael Hauss

Drummer and Back Vocalist

Growing up, Michael was inspired by artists like Elton John, Yes, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, and Led Zeppelin, while also developing a love for the pop, R&B, funk, and soul music of the '70s.

Michael started playing drums at 15 and is completely self-taught, learning by watching talented musicians, studying his favorite albums, and drawing inspiration from drummers such as John Bonham, Bill Bruford, Stewart Copeland, and Phil Collins.

His musical journey began with the original rock band Bogart & Shanley, performing at legendary New York City venues including CBGB, Cafe Wha?, and The Bitter End. Over the years, he has played with bands such as GENERATIONS, Down and Dirty, Screamer of the Week, Bad Sandwich, and now The Right Mixx.

Known for his solid groove and dynamic playing style, Michael's greatest joy is performing with talented musicians and creating an unforgettable live experience that keeps audiences singing, dancing, and coming back for more.

Stevie "Keys" Ferraro

Keyboards and Backing Vocalist

Steve Ferraro has been performing since the age of 16 and has spent decades entertaining audiences as a keyboardist, vocalist, songwriter, and producer. A lifelong keyboard player who began studying music at the age of four, Steve co-founded the synth-pop project In-A-Sense, releasing the electropop album Seclusion.

Since returning to the Long Island music scene in 2018, Steve has become a familiar face in the cover and tribute band circuit, performing with Screamer of the Week, NuWave Radio, Vinyl Revival, Drive, and several other popular regional acts.

Today, Steve serves as the keyboardist and backing vocalist for both The Right Mixx and Dangerous Blonde, bringing decades of live performance experience, authentic keyboard sounds, and strong vocal harmonies to every show. Whether performing high-energy party favorites or faithfully recreating the music of Blondie and The Cars, Steve's passion for live music, attention to detail, and energetic stage presence help create memorable performances that keep audiences dancing and singing along.
